Should any concerns arise or if the client’s condition necessitates additional services such as home nursing or therapy, we will facilitate referrals to suitable agencies. As part of our evaluation process, we may suggest safety enhancements in the home, such as furniture adjustments, lighting improvements, or decluttering. In cases where the client’s family resides out of town or requires comprehensive oversight beyond home care, we can connect them with Aging Life Care professionals to navigate complex dynamics effectively.
